How long does it take?
Every order leaves our studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the EU typically takes 5–7 working days by tracked courier. International shipping runs slightly longer depending on customs.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If you can't find it, sign in and check your Profile or reach out through the chat.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Any duties or taxes outside the EU are handled by the carrier on arrival, depending on your country's rules.
Packaging
Every bag is wrapped in tissue inside its dust bag, boxed and sealed. We protect the hardware and handles so nothing rubs in transit.
