Final sale on vintage
Every bag in the archive is vintage and one of one — we source a single piece, photograph that exact piece, and ship it to you. Because a vintage bag can never be re-made or replaced with a duplicate, all sales are final once the order leaves our studio.
If you ever doubt the authenticity
There is one exception: authenticity. If you have any reason to suspect the bag isn't genuine, message us in the chat or email emilyintokyostore@gmail.com with your order reference and any photos within 14 days of delivery. We take every authenticity question seriously and reply within a day.
How an authenticity refund works
If our re-inspection — or a third-party expert of your choice — confirms a problem, we refund the full amount to your original payment method as soon as the bag is back with us. No restocking fees, no questions about your reasons.
Return shipping is on us
When the return is for an authenticity issue, postage is fully covered. We send a prepaid label so you don't pay a cent to ship the bag back.
