What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the shop: your name, email and shipping address when you place an order; your account email if you sign in; and anonymous usage information (pages viewed) to keep the site fast.
How we use it
Purely to process your order, reply to support questions, send order-related email, and protect against fraud. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles and stores your card details under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store full card numbers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and cart, and a minimal set for anonymous analytics. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing emilyintokyostore@gmail.com.
