This came to us from a small consignment rack tucked behind a coffee bar on Kobe's Motomachi shopping street — the kind of place that turns over slowly and rarely posts inventory online. Coach Soho, the curved buckle-flap shoulder bag that defined the early-2000s under-the-arm look.

Toffee calfskin: warm, pulled-up, with the soft pleating across the front that this model is known for. The brass buckle is original and unmarked. The interior shows a faint yellow cast on the lining — the only sign of age — and the leather body itself is clean, supple, and unscratched.

There's a reason this exact silhouette keeps reappearing on the moodboards: it sits high under the arm, the curve flatters, and the colour reads neutral against everything. Hard to find in this condition, harder to find in this colour.
