Grey Signature Hobo Bag

We pulled this one from a long-time Coach collector's de-stash in Tokyo's Aoyama — she was thinning down a wall of jacquard hobos and let this one go quietly. Smoke-grey signature canvas with black leather trim, the soft slouch silhouette that defined the mid-2000s commute.

There's a small mark on the body from a long shoulder strap that the seller noted, and the leather hangtag has the gentlest softening at the corners. Otherwise, the bag is honest and clean. Hardware tight, lining intact, zip glides. The kind of vintage that looks better lived-in.

Big enough for daily life — laptop, notebook, the rest of it — and the proportions read as decisively then-and-now. Nothing about this bag feels small or precious. That's the appeal.
